I have been trying and trying and trying to get them to come out and repair the tub that they installed. I used it twice and then it started leaking. I ordered a tub with a light kit. And it didn’t come with a light cat. I have contacted their representatives several times and he keeps giving me a story about how. The like kid is on order or the light kit came and it was the wrong cat. This or that it all boils down too I have a twenty five thousand dollar step in tub that I can’t take a bath in because it leaks. The only reason I went with this company was the double lifetime warranty now. I’m learning that a double lifetime warranty means nothing if you can’t get him to come out and repair the work

The sales rep I met with today was great and informative. Rep was very nice, knowledgeable and compassionate. The quality of the products I was shown today are above average. My favorite thing about Bath Wizard is having a clear understanding of what’s the concerns and issues.

The sales rep, Bob, was very personable and knowledgeable. He did a good job. My favorite thing about Bath Wizard is they fix any damage problems as they go.
